One Business plan per active user. Pricing and trial duration come from one billing catalog.
The Pricing API is temporarily unavailable. Tallkers does not substitute a frontend value.
What counts as an active seat
An active workspace member counts as a billable seat. A subscription records the accepted price version, so catalog changes do not rewrite previous billing periods.
After the trial
Data is not deleted automatically. The workspace moves through managed payment and grace states; the server may restrict new data creation.
All mutable commercial values must come from the database.
